Trying a pair on for size

You can put a pair on and check the fit with the protective film still on the palm — that is what the film is there for. Once the film comes off, the latex has been used and we can no longer take the gloves back. So check the fit first, then peel.

Not sure which size to order in the first place? Measure your hand before you buy. It takes under a minute and it is the single best way to avoid sending anything back.

Returning an unused pair

If a pair is not right, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

1. Items must come back in their original condition and packaging. Please package the return so the gloves are not damaged on the way to us.
2. We cannot accept returns on latex gloves once the protective film has been removed.
3. Tell us what you would like — an exchange or a refund — with your return, and we will deal with it as soon as the parcel arrives.

The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, so please keep your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

Faulty gloves

If something is wrong with a pair, return it within 28 days of purchase.

1. Please clean the gloves before sending them back.
2. Tell us clearly whether you want a replacement, an exchange or a refund.
