Example: a palm measuring 6.5 inches rounds up to 7, add 1, so you are a size 8.
Measure both hands. If they come out differently, order the larger size.

| 3.1 – 4.0 | 8.0 – 10.0 | 5 |
| 4.1 – 5.0 | 10.5 – 12.7 | 6 |
| 5.1 – 6.0 | 13.0 – 15.2 | 7 |
| 6.1 – 7.0 | 15.5 – 17.8 | 8 |
| 7.1 – 8.0 | 18.0 – 20.3 | 9 |
| 8.1 – 9.0 | 20.5 – 22.9 | 10 |
| 9.1 – 10.0 | 23.0 – 25.4 | 11 |
Sizes 4 to 7 are our junior range and 8 to 11 our adult range. If your measurement works out below a size 5, choose size 4 and check the fit at the fingertips. Half sizes (8.5, 9.5, 10.5) are available on some models — pick one if your measurement lands near the top of a band.
A goalkeeper glove should sit snugly with roughly a quarter of an inch of space beyond your longest fingertip. Too tight and the latex is stretched thin across the palm, which costs you grip and splits the glove early. Too loose and the glove moves independently of your hand when you catch.
The cut changes the fit as much as the size does. A negative cut is stitched inside the glove and sits tighter, so size up if you are borderline. A roll finger or flat palm runs roomier, so size down. Read the cut guide before you decide.
Measure their hand exactly the same way. It takes a minute and it is far more reliable than guessing from their age — two eleven-year-olds can be three glove sizes apart.
If they fall between sizes, or they are mid growth spurt, go up rather than down. A glove slightly too big still catches. A glove that is too tight gets taken off at half time.
Send us the measurement and we will tell you which size to order. It is a great deal quicker than sending a pair back.
